Window 5: Earth
Today’s window focuses on flowing, or breathing, treetops. Today we simply marvel at the movement of trees, aligning our breath with theirs. Treetops hold an incredible amount of life and safety for animals, and interestingly enough, resemble veins as they move and sway with the wind.
Breath is the object of affection in meditation. The first thing we learn with meditation is to align your breath with your body, that breathing is aligned with presence and mindfulness. There are many studies to support that there’s a direct biochemical relationship between your breath and your brain — by focusing on your breath, you can alter your consciousness. In a time where uncertainty is at an all time high, we hope that today’s video is a reminder that sometimes all we can do is be present and breathe. If you’d like to practice the power of breathing, we recommend this video by spiritual coach and breathing specialist, Sah D’Simone.

Infinite quote of the day:
Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Sunsets symbolize the commencement of a new cycle of life. Everyday, a ball of fire in our field of vision sets over the horizon. Glowing, illuminating the sky in its glow, creating an array of colors and ever so gently disappearing over the horizon. A mesmerizing reminder of the mystery of life, the grandness of life, the beauty of our planet, the existence of everything will have and ever will know — is because of her perfect position to us in this solar system, galaxy, universe.
No matter what the sunset means to you, there is a grace in how it manifests for each soul. Today the sun will set, and tomorrow she will rise. An opportunity to reflect on the day’s doings, and an opportunity to re-set (or not) for a new day tomorrow.

Infinite Quote of the Day:
If one is lucky, a solitary fantasy can totally transform one million realities.
