The second window of our nature therapy series revolves around air and its natural movement or flow. Thoughts, like clouds, are transient — they come and go — some are dark, some are light and fluffy. In times like this, it’s easy to let our thoughts consume us, but rather than try and control them, let them surface and let them pass. Understanding that thoughts are fleeting and can take many forms, weakens their grip on us. Like clouds, when thoughts pass, we can soon see the blue sky again.
